Project Management Fundamentals


A two day course which introduces the concepts and approaches of project management. The basics of project management areexplored in detail in the course, which touches on key elements of the approaches of the Project Management Institute, Association forProject Management and Prince2. Soft skills associated with the role of the project manager and project team member are given equalweighting in the course, which is interactive, with break-outs and exercises to facilitate learning.
