Auditing is one of the fundamental activities for maintaining a Management System and assessing compliance with specified requirements. However with Continual Improvement as one of the key Quality Management Principles of ISO 9000, internal auditing also becomes one of the key drivers of business improvement. It should not be an activity which is carried out simply to ensure compliance with procedures.
This
two day course is designed to train Internal Auditors to play a full and active role in determining:
- the adequacy of the Management System
- working compliance with the documented system
- that the documented system is in compliance with ISO 9001
- the effectiveness of the documented system and efficiency of the operation
- opportunities for process and business improvement

- identify ways in which the effectiveness of corrective actions might be verified.
